False Friend Blues

If you wanna live happy

Don't take news from your friends

Your so called friends

Fair weather friends

If you wanna live happy

Don't take news from your friends

When you stopped listening to them

That's when your worries begin

'Cause while your doing alright

Your friend will get jealous of you

And that's what you do you know it baby

I told you

'Cause when you're doing alright

Your so called friends will get jealous of you

They'll tell you a lot of lies

And if you're weak you'll believe them too

But not this

You woman don't you listen to another woman

Tells about you about your man

No woman don't you listen

To what another woman tells you about your man

She only wishes that she had it

And she'll try to get it if she can

Don't you trust them hang up the phone

Don't answer
