O Holy Night
O Holy Night - Third Day
Written by:Adolphe Charles Adam
O Holy Night The stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear Saviour's birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
Till He appeared and my soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees Oh hear the angel voices
O night divine the night when Christ was born;
Truly He taught us to love one another
His law is love and His gospel is peace
Chains shall he break for the slave is our brother
And in his name all oppression shall cease
Sweet hymns of joy in grateful chorus raise we
All with in us praise His holy name
Christ is the Lord Then ever ever praise we
His power and glory ever more proclaim
O night divine the night when Christ was born;
Fall on your knees Oh hear the angel voices
O night divine the night when Christ was born;
O night divine O night divine
